There are a million candles in the market, so we appreciate every time you chose to buy one from Glo. So it's no secret that the goal is for you to come back time and time again. That’s why we believe that our store policies should be fair, clear, and transparent. Below you’ll find a list of all our policies. Our Shipping Policy

How long does it take for my order to arrive?

Domestic orders are shipping through USPS, which typically takes 1-2 weeks from the time your order is placed before it arrives at its destination!


International orders typically arrive within 1-4 weeks, which includes both the time it takes us to process the order in addition to its transit to you!  


Please note due to Covid-19 there may be shipping delays that are outside of our control.

Can I ship orders to multiple addresses?

Customers are currently limited to one mailing address per order.  If you need to ship to multiple individuals, please make sure to submit separate orders!

Our Return Policy

Do you accept returns?

In order to be eligible for a return and/or exchange, all products must remain unused and in a re-sellable condition, and must be initiated within 14 days of the delivery date. At this time, to protect the safety of both our staff and customers during a global pandemic, we are currently not accepting International returns. We reserve the right to reject any return and/or exchange that does not meet conditions outlined above. 

Upon your package’s return, you’ll be notified of any approved or rejected requests for a refund; in the event that you are approved for a refund, your refund will be processed back to the original form of payment within seven (7) business days.

 

Please note that shipping costs are nonrefundable & customers are responsible for the cost to ship items back to us.

Can I exchange my item for another?

We want to make sure that you’re 100% satisfied with your order!  If you’re not happy with your order, you’ll have 14 days from the delivery date to request for a return label as long as your products remain unused and in its original condition.  Upon its return, you'll be offered a refund for the price paid on the return item less the return label cost.  From there, you're welcome to purchase a different item!

 

I received the wrong item!  What do I do?

Oh no - that’s on us!  If you received the wrong item, we strive to correct it as soon as possible.  Email us at justglo.candleco@gmail.com and we’ll review the best course of action together!
